Jake was an owner surrender we helped with a short foster and  transfer to Doberman Rescue MN. He came to us underweight, full of hookworms and HEARTWORM POSITIVE! DRM took him in and brought him through the heartworm treatments and finally things were looking up for Jake but shortly after Jake went into liver failure so this lead to the sad decision of letting Jake go onto rainbow bridge.
